The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Cowboy Facial, offered to men, teen boys and teen girls, to a 90-minute Red Carpet Facial that is a multi-step Glo2Facial including radio frequency. The Signature Facial is a 60-minute service with skin analysis, an enzymatic cleanse, dermaplaning, custom exfoliation, extractions as needed, a Lipid Recovery Mask, cool globes and lymphatic drainage massage. For peels and devices, the Environ Cool Peel Vibrant-C Micro Peel is a 45-minute treatment designed to brighten and lighten sun-damaged, rough or tired-looking skin, and the business states it causes no irritation, no inflammation and no downtime. SkinPen microneedling uses controlled micro-injuries to stimulate collagen and elastin, and is aimed at fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and pore size. Microneedling is not recommended for clients with severe cystic acne, keloid scarring, pregnancy or nursing, frequent cold sores, bleeding disorders, or those taking blood thinners or chemotherapy. Radio frequency is a non-invasive treatment that heats deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen and elastin; clients with a pacemaker are not good candidates for it.

Timing matters around other treatments. Facials should be booked two weeks after Botox or filler, two weeks after non-ablative lasers, chemical peels (depending on intensity) or waxing, and four weeks after microneedling or ablative lasers (depending on depth).

Memberships, packages and policies: the Essential ($120) and Elite ($210) memberships put a monthly contribution into the client's account for any service or for saving toward advanced treatments, and include product and single-treatment discounts. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a possible $25 fine for shorter notice, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged $50. A referral offer gives $25 to both the referring client and the new client, with no limit on referrals.
