Haircuts include a consultation, a renewing hair wash, a customized cut and a blow dry, and a haircut booked alongside color comes $10 off.

Booking works best with notice. The salon asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-call/no-shows and habitual last-minute cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled services, at the owner's discretion. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Some services have set requirements. A consultation is required before a first perm and before Platinum Card lightening. Root to Tip and Single Process Touch-Up must be booked with a finishing blowout or a haircut. New growth over 12 weeks may incur an extra color charge for root services. Hair extensions need about one week for delivery, and All Over Color is quoted individually through a consultation or by email.
