Full and Partial Custom Color include lightening, glossing, shadowing, a conditioning treatment, and a blow-dry, while Mini Custom Color is a lighter option with a blow-dry. For damaged hair or major changes, corrective color is priced after a consultation. The facial menu ranges from a quick Express Facial to Kristal's Signature Facial, which combines hot towels, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating mask, aromatherapy, guided meditation, and massage of the hands, scalp, face, and feet. Acne Recovery Facial uses an ultraviolet high-frequency wand and a charcoal mask after gentle exfoliation. The Luxe Ritual Facial pairs an acai and blackcurrant mask with infrared light therapy and massage. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine vellus hair with a medical-grade scalpel, and the salon lists several conditions for which it is not recommended. The salon says its facial line is handmade and organic, made with raw butters, oils, and plant extracts.

Nail services include classic and gel manicures, a structured gel option built with builder gel, Gel-X manicures and rebalances, dry pedicures with optional soak and scrub, nail repair, removal or soak-off, and hand-painted nail art priced by tier. Clients can send nail art ideas and questions to their technician by direct message.
