Prices vary by stylist, so clients who need an exact price should contact the salon directly. The salon has no receptionist, and clients check in with their own stylist when they arrive. New clients are asked to arrive five minutes before their appointment. If a client is running late, they should contact their stylist directly, or call the salon if they don't have the stylist's number. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean not receiving every booked service.

Cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead. Clients who cancel within 48 hours may be charged up to 50 percent of the booked services, and individual stylists may have their own cancellation rules as well. Children under 10 are not accommodated. Clients over 10 are charged the adult price.

Stylists work independently and set their own prices and policies, so each client books directly with the stylist they choose.
