Beyond new pieces, the salon maintains and updates wigs and toppers. Services include color on human hair pieces, all-over toning to neutralize brassiness, semi-permanent glaze treatments, color correction, frizz repair and reconstruction, alterations such as bleaching unnatural-looking knots, and wash and style appointments. Each piece is tested before color or alteration work begins.

Clients can book a 90-minute private appointment to drop off and pick up custom pieces at the Peoria salon, or use the mail-in wig spa service for maintenance. Mail services are available worldwide, and the salon offers free nationwide shipping on purchases and services over $500 USD. Most in-stock pieces ship within two to five business days by FedEx, and pre-order pieces have an estimated arrival of 30 to 60 days.

The product line includes named wig collections such as Golden Hour, Eclipse, and Saturn, along with Blossoms Strands, a collection created with Jennifer Koopmans and sold partly through the salon. The salon also stocks wig care products, brushes, and grips, and recommends AWESOME by AGA for synthetic wigs. Rush services carry an additional $250 charge, and the VIP Rush Refresh Service aims to return refreshed pieces within three business days of arrival. Returns are accepted within five days of delivery, and some items, including customized or altered wigs, are final sale.
