Braid services include box braids without extensions, stitch braids with or without extensions, and braid take-downs.
Braiding appointments are confirmed only once the intake form has been reviewed. The final price may vary depending on hair length, density and how long the service takes. Stitch braids require hair measuring at least four inches. Before arriving, clients need to wash their hair within the previous 24 hours, then straighten it with a blow dryer and keep it free of oils and styling products. Anyone who arrives without meeting these steps will have their appointment canceled. Knotless braids, traditional box braids, faux locs and boho braids are not offered.
The studio also keeps a blog with articles on hair history, hair care and braiding.
