The aesthetics work became the medical aesthetics division as the practice grew into metabolic health, obesity medicine, hormone optimization, primary care and wellness medicine. Founder Renee Storm was asked by her sister to serve as medical director of the aesthetic practice they started together, and the practice has since grown under her leadership.

The practice describes itself as a personalized medical practice offering natural-looking aesthetic medicine and evidence-based care focused on metabolic health, healthy aging and hormone optimization. Treatment plans are built around each patient's health history, lab findings and personal goals. Weight management starts with a 60-minute intake visit covering goals, medications, conditions, past weight-loss attempts, sleep, stress, nutrition and activity. Care may include nutrition guidance, body composition testing on a SECA 554 analyzer, sleep and stress evaluation, and GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide when clinically appropriate. Patients do not need to be on a GLP-1 to receive weight care. Follow-ups are roughly every four to six weeks at first, spacing out to quarterly as treatment progresses. The practice says it does not promote crash diets or shame patients over weight regain.

Aesthetic visits often begin with a 60-minute Facial Rejuvenation Consultation covering goals, skin, facial anatomy, movement and current skincare, and ending with a personalized plan. Any consultation fee is applied to the treatment if the patient goes ahead, and many treatments can be done the same day. Neurotoxins (Xeomin and Jeuveau) are priced by treatment area and generally last about three to four months, with most patients returning on that schedule. Dermal fillers are listed at $649 per syringe, with a listed range up to $799, and are generally reviewed about two weeks after treatment. Comprehensive facial treatment is priced as a whole plan after assessment rather than per syringe.

Men's health care includes testosterone replacement therapy offered as subcutaneous pellets, injections, or topical creams or gels, along with metabolic health, sleep, body composition, sexual wellness and longevity care. Labs are weighed alongside symptoms, history, medications and sleep, and the practice does not always prescribe testosterone at the first visit. Medical care covers general health evaluations, fatigue and low-energy concerns, chronic disease management, hormone symptom review, second opinions and referrals. The practice notes it is not meant to replace a primary care practice.

The office is on the second floor above Wayside Market. Enter from the back of the building through the glass door between the large planters, then take the stairs or elevator to Suite B. Weekday hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM. Saturday aesthetic visits can be requested, and urgent medical visits are offered when clinically appropriate. All care is booked by appointment. Virtual visits are offered only to patients who are physically in Washington or Oregon when the visit takes place. Aesthetic treatments are elective and paid by the patient directly. For eligible medical care, the practice is in network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Cigna, and it accepts HSA and FSA cards. Package pricing, membership savings and in-house payment plans are available. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $50 fee.

Each plan starts with the person's concerns, health history and goals, then moves to the treatment that fits. The aesthetic aim is to look rested and like oneself rather than changed.
