Prices are not published, so the spa asks people to contact it directly for quotes; it does run specials from time to time, and massage is offered at a single price with no add-ons.

Facial work is a major part of the menu. The Relaxing Facial runs 60 minutes and pairs hydration with an aromatherapy massage using essential oils, covering the face, neck, shoulders, decolletage, hands, arms and scalp. It is a quiet treatment without extractions, and clients are asked not to wash their hair beforehand. Treatment facials are tailored to the individual: they cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate, add extractions when needed, and use medical-grade products and tools. They can address fine lines, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, acne and acne scars, dullness, uneven tone and texture, melasma and sun damage. Add-ons include Diamondtome diamond tip microdermabrasion, the Hydro Wand, Time Master Pro, red light therapy, a fruit enzyme mask or peel, a detox clay or mud mask, and the Oxygenating Trio.

Chemical peels include PCA Skin Peel exfoliating treatments, enhanced Jessner's treatments, TCA peels, salicylic acid, oxygenating and detoxifying treatments, and retinol. A cleansing back treatment, 60 minutes long, combines steam, scrub, light massage and hot towels. Waxing is available across the face, body and intimate areas; because it removes hair at the root, the results generally last two to eight weeks.

Massage therapy, hair services, makeup and lash extensions round out the menu. Hair services are upstairs in The Loft, a light, bright and airy space with extra privacy. Professional makeup covers weddings, portraits, special events, job interviews and bridal parties, and includes color matching. Spray tanning uses Sjolie solution or a Tahitian Tan solution with 9 percent DHA, and the spa asks clients to exfoliate and shave or wax at least 24 hours beforehand and arrive with clean, product-free skin.

Skin care takes place in private suites, and The Loft upstairs is light, bright and airy with even more privacy.
