The spa started as a spa inside the Westin hotel more than 15 years ago and later moved into its own building. It calls itself a small, locally owned business and says it has served the Frisco community for more than 25 years. It sits on Legacy Drive just north of Highway 121, beside Cantina Laredo and a short drive from Stonebriar Mall.
Guests can arrive up to 30 minutes before a appointment to change into a robe and use the beverage area, and each visit includes one complimentary glass of champagne or wine. After their last service, guests can use the Quiet Room and showers for up to 30 minutes, but not past closing time. Every facial starts with a personalized skin evaluation by an esthetician. A retail boutique on site sells products, and gift cards can be used toward massage, facials, nail services and med spa treatments.
The med spa side covers non-surgical skin tightening, corrective skincare and NeoGen Plasma, a non-surgical treatment that can be used on the upper and lower eyelids. ProCell Microchanneling and VI Peels are offered as single treatments or packages of three, and both require a consultation first. The spa states that its med spa treatments are performed by licensed medical estheticians. Procell and VI Peel are not offered to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Spa packages combine a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure into a visit lasting roughly two to five hours. Packages include options for expecting mothers, men, and couples, such as the Expecting Mom package with a pregnancy massage and the Spa for Two package with a couples massage.
The spa takes a relationship-based approach, aiming to understand each client's goals before a treatment, and says every treatment is customized to the individual.
The spa describes itself as a peaceful medical spa, with a beverage area, a Quiet Room and shower facilities for guests.
