Appointments are one-on-one and unhurried. Visitors use the buzz-in entrance. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays are by appointment only, and it is closed on Sundays. The site says the fastest way to find an opening is through Vagaro.

A visit begins with a consultation. For lashes, that includes lash mapping, cleansing and prep, individual application, style customization and aftercare instructions. For manicures and pedicures, the consultation comes before dry cuticle preparation, nail shaping and gel polish. Permanent makeup starts with consultation and brow mapping, followed by custom pigment color matching, numbing and a full application session.

The academy offers private, one-on-one training adapted to each student's experience level. Courses include Russian Manicure training over 2 to 4 days, Dry Russian Pedicure training over 2 to 3 days, Hard Gel and Nail Extensions at an intermediate level over 3 to 5 days, Lash Extension Training over 3 to 4 days covering Classic and Volume application, and Permanent Makeup Training over 4 to 6 days for licensed professionals. Printed guides for beauty professionals are also sold.

Training is structured around a private consultation and personalized to each student's experience.
