STL Nail Bar is located in Saint Peters, Missouri. It is open seven days a week, with its longest hours on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, shorter hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday.

The menu is grouped into designs, nails and nail shaping. Full sets come in solid colors or with designs, and each is priced by length: short, medium or long, with a medium-long and a schmedium option in the solid-color range. Fills are priced by length and take about an hour. Nail shape choices are lipstick, almond or stiletto, and the salon does not offer ballerina, oval or square round shapes. Soak-off removal is available, but clients need to message the salon to add it to an appointment.

Booking requires a card, and CashApp cards are not accepted for booking. Clients who cancel or do not show are charged a $50 fee, and a client who no-shows and whose card then declines will not be booked again. Appointments run back to back, so the salon asks clients to arrive on time. Fills should be booked no more than three weeks apart. Payment can be made in cash, by CashApp or by card, with a fee added to card payments. The salon does not offer refunds. Gift cards for future visits are available.
