Bookings are made by contacting the studio directly, as online scheduling is not offered.

Clients need hair that is at least 3 to 4 inches long to be serviced, and hair must be fully detangled and ready when the appointment starts. Clients who arrive unprepared may have their appointment cancelled or be charged extra fees.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is applied toward the service. The remaining balance is paid at the end of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and a booking without a deposit is not held.

The studio's standard loc size is large, and clients book according to the size they want. Small, medium and extra small sizes are available as add-ons for a different size or length.

Adults are serviced. Children are accepted if they can sit still for the appointment, and children's pricing is provided on request by direct message or email. Only clients being serviced may bring children or guests into the studio.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit and debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.
