Elaina has been a stylist since 2013 and has owned the salon since 2021. She says she keeps up her education so she can offer luxury styles.

Before a service, new guests fill out a request form and hear back within 24 to 48 hours. Extension clients complete a consultation form with a similar reply window, then meet in person, where a 50% deposit is taken to order the hair and book the install. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. Appointments are booked with a card on file, and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved amount and no-shows 75%.

Blonding starts at $200 for a mini custom session of about 2 hours plus a custom treatment, and runs up to $350 for a mega session of 4 to 5 hours that takes dark hair to an all-over blonde. Between them sit maintenance and full custom options. Techniques can include foils, balayage, babylights, root smudge and color melt, chosen for the goal. Brunette work is customized to length, density and existing color: root touch ups start at $115, all over color at $175, and reverse balayage or back-to-brunette services at $200. Clients wanting more dimension can add baby lights or balayage pieces.

Extensions are hand-tied and priced by length and number of rows. The Volume Experience uses one row to add thickness within 1 to 2 inches of natural hair, starting at $500+ for 14 inches. The Length and Volume Experience uses two rows, which the salon calls its most popular extension service, adding up to double the length of natural hair. The Ultra Length Experience uses three rows for more than double the length, starting at $1,800+ for 18 inches. Each row adds a $200 installation fee. The salon says its hair lasts 9 to 12 months or more with proper care and recommends maintenance every 6 to 10 weeks. Invisible bead extensions can be worn in high ponytails, buns and braids, and can be colored.
