STITCH began in 2020 in a single-suite salon, grew into a three-chair suite inside BluSky Salon Suites, and opened its first stand-alone Overland Park location in 2025. Emma Snider founded the business and works alongside a small team of co-stylists. The salon says collaboration among stylists and ongoing education are central to how it runs.

Booking is by appointment only and is done by text at 913-210-6277, since the salon does not take phone calls. It is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and every fourth Saturday. Parking is in the lot in front of the building. Extension work starts with a personalized consultation to settle on the right combination of methods, and listed prices are starting rates that may change.

The extension menu covers Invisible Bead Extensions, which use no glue, tape or heat, and K-Tip keratin extensions applied strand by strand. For thinning or hair loss, the salon offers Mesh Foundation Systems, which combine a custom mesh base with Invisible Bead Extensions for moderate to advanced hair loss, along with permanent and removable toppers, custom lace closures and custom crown systems. Custom toppers are handcrafted to match a client's color, density and texture, and crowns can be paired with Invisible Bead Extensions for added length and volume. Installation packages for Invisible Bead Extensions are listed from $1,800 to $5,700 plus, depending on length and row count, with adjustments listed at $350 for one row, $550 for two and $825 for three. Hair loss systems are listed from $3,500 plus for a custom lace closure with one row up to $5,900 for a full-coverage crown with two rows.

Cut and color services include precision cutting, custom color, dimensional blonding, lived-in brunettes, root retouches, glosses and haircuts. Treatments can be added to any color, extension or cut appointment. The Scalp Treatment, listed at $50, includes deep scalp exfoliation and a scalp massage but no take-home booster. The Reawaken Treatment, listed at $75, focuses on shine and hydration and includes a five-week booster. The Illuminating Glow Treatment, listed at $100, is a five-step deep conditioning treatment that also includes a five-week booster. The treatments use Milbon and Oribe formulas that the salon describes as salon-exclusive.

Team members take two or three advanced education classes every month. Topics include extension techniques, precision cutting, color, hair loss solutions, business development and client experience. Stylists hold certifications in several extension methods, among them Invisible Bead Extensions, K-Tips, mesh-supported integration systems and custom toppers. The salon also hosts nationally recognized educators. Other courses cover brand identity, social media, salon systems and boundary-setting.
