Color is the core of the menu. Highlight appointments are sorted into four tiers, the Mini, Partial, Full and Luxe, and the Partial and Full include a haircut and gloss. A $30 Base Color Add On must be booked alongside one of the Mini, Partial or Full. Haircuts, a wash and blowout, and eyebrow shaping are also offered.

Clients can book a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals, color options, upkeep and pricing before committing to a service. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes, and charges 50% of the service cost for late cancellations and 100% for no-call, no-shows. Clients running late are asked to call ahead, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean losing part of the blow dry, trim or color process.
