Services cover haircuts, color, highlights, gloss, extensions, special occasion hair and Brazilian Blowout treatments. Hair smoothing options range from a split end treatment to the full Brazilian Blowout, with a shorter Express version and a keratin treatment also offered. Highlighting includes face frame, partial and full foil work, plus balayage in partial and full versions.

According to the salon, its stylists are trained in several widely recognized techniques. The listed training covers Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Oribe, Kerastase, Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Complex, Bumble and Bumble, and hair extensions.

Hair extensions are a specialty. A complimentary consultation is offered to talk through options, and extensions are priced after that conversation. The salon says it carries what it considers the highest quality extensions on the market, including EasiHair Pro tape-in extensions made from 100% human hair in 30 colors and shades and in 12, 16 and 20 inch lengths. Tape-in installation takes 20 to 45 minutes, and tightening appointments take about 1.5 to 2 hours every 5 to 8 weeks.

Visits are by appointment only. Every service is priced a la carte, and haircuts include a blow dry. New clients leave a $100 non-refundable deposit to book, which is applied to their service at the appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Children under 13 are not permitted in the salon.

Stylists commit to continuing education and attend industry seminars and training across the country.
