Chronic conditions such as diabetes and arthritis are managed with medication oversight and regular monitoring, and follow-up visits check recovery after a procedure or illness. Lab work and imaging are available in house, including blood tests, X-rays, MRIs and ultrasounds. Minor in-office procedures include wound care, laceration repair, abscess drainage and removal of minor skin lesions or foreign bodies. Specialist referrals, including cardiology and orthopedics, go through a Los Angeles network. Telemedicine visits by video, phone or messaging cover consultations, prescriptions, follow-ups and refills, and urgent care handles minor injuries, infections, flu-like symptoms and allergies.

The wellness side includes acupuncture at the Los Angeles office, herbal wellness services, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy used to address hormonal balance and menopause symptoms, and PRP therapy for back and joint issues that uses the patient's own blood. Vitamin IV drips are customized to each patient's goals and typically take 30 to 60 minutes, and vitamin B12 and B-complex shots are given in minutes. IV drips and vitamin shots are available at both the West Los Angeles and Kamuela offices. Personalized nutrition plans address weight management, energy and disease prevention, and health counseling combines nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle coaching in one-on-one visits.

Medical aesthetics treatments are overseen by Dr. Rosenblatt and provided through a partnership with Dr. Rx Cosmetics. Services include Dysport to soften forehead, eye area and mouth or chin lines, and hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite or poly-L-lactic acid fillers for lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, folds, marionette lines and the jawline or chin. Fillers are customized to each patient's anatomy and goals, and the site notes filler results can last from 6 months to 2 years depending on the formula. Laser options include Clearlift for skin tightening, sun and age spots and tattoo removal, Alma ClearSkin Pro for acne and acne scars, Iris VL on the Alma Harmony laser for vascular and pigmented lesions, and targeted laser treatment for toenail fungus. Hair restoration uses the Alma TED system, a needle-free treatment that is usually given as three sessions spaced one month apart, each taking about 20 to 30 minutes with no downtime.
