Sterling Grove

Sterling Grove is a community developed by Toll Brothers, a homebuilder, in partnership with Troon Privé, and the club sits within it. Troon manages the golf course, amenities and programming. The club describes itself as a modern country club.

The club offers two main membership types: golf and social. Golf membership gives access to an 18-hole, par-72 Nicklaus Design course with tree-lined fairways, practice facilities, and private golf programming. Practice options include a driving range, putting and chipping greens, an 18-hole putting course, an indoor HD golf simulator and a short game area. The club calls its course the West Valley's newest golf experience, and describes it as an elite-level golf club.

Social membership covers the primary member, a spouse or significant other, and dependent children under 25 living in the household. Social members automatically become Troon Privé Club members, which gives access to more than 150 private courses and amenities at participating clubs, with reduced rates at resort and daily fee locations. Social members also receive discounted rental cars through Avis and discounted golf club shipping through Ship Sticks.

The 35,000 square foot clubhouse houses dining and recreational spaces. Food and drink options include Copper + Rye restaurant, The Market at Copper + Rye, Bob's Poolside Bar, The Turn at Holes 6 & 7 and The Nest. The grounds include three pools, a resort pool of over 8,700 square feet with a 20-person spa, a Junior Olympic fitness lap pool and a tranquility pool, plus a hot tub. Sports courts include five tennis courts, one of them a stadium court, eight standard pickleball courts with one stadium court, and a half basketball court.

Flora Spa is located in the clubhouse and is open to the public by appointment only. It offers massages, facials, manicures and pedicures in two private massage rooms, and includes a steam room. The spa uses Dermalogica skin care products. The Fitness + Movement Studio offers equipment, free weights, the SYNERGY360 small-group system, group fitness classes, personal training and a private yoga lawn.

The club hosts a year-round calendar of member-led clubs and lifestyle events, such as live concerts, movies in the park, car shows, 5Ks and holiday parades. Private events, including meetings, birthdays, bridal and retirement parties and private dining functions, can also be arranged.

The club describes its approach as a modern country club experience, with golf, social recreation and lifestyle programming run by Troon.
