The studio is built around the person in the chair. Jennifer aims for a safe, calm room with one-on-one attention to what each client wants from a spa visit, bringing a resort-style level of care to a smaller setting.

The facial menu runs from a customized 60-minute facial for new clients, including a skin analysis and a suggested home routine, through corrective treatments for acne-prone, oily, rosacea-prone and sensitive skin, to a 75-minute anti-aging facial with a light peel, LED and other devices and no needles. That anti-aging treatment is offered as a series of three sessions spaced 10 days apart, with a before-and-after photo taken after each one to track progress, and clients are asked to avoid sweat and water for 12 hours afterward. A men's facial addresses shaving irritation, dry patches and clogged pores and includes a neck massage.

Packages and add-ons include Power Lift, a 90-minute visit combining 30 minutes of yoga or pilates with a customized facial, and private pilates and yoga sessions. Serenity Slumber is a restful nap for nurses and medical staff, offered between or after shifts at 7 to 8 am or at noon, with music, candles, a warm bed and low lighting. The studio also has a nursing and first responder package and sells professional skincare for home use and handmade Santa figures, with custom orders accepted. Clients who have had Botox or fillers are asked to wait two weeks before a treatment, and one month after PDO threads.

Built around the individual, with each visit shaped by what the client wants from a spa experience and delivered in a safe, peaceful studio with one-on-one attention.
