Visits begin with an in-depth consultation so the stylist can learn what a client likes, dislikes and wants next. Hair color is customized to each client's hair, skin tone and style. The salon says it designs each appointment around the individual client, and offers a guarantee on all services and products. Gift certificates are available.

The menu is organized into haircuts, a signature wash and blowout menu, color, blonde and brondes services, texture treatments, hair extensions and bridal. Women's haircuts run from $43 to $82 and barber haircuts from $33 to $49, with prices varying by stylist tier. Blowouts are $33 to $66, and the classic keratin smoothing treatment is priced from $258 to $400.

The salon also offers Breakout Stylist appointments. Breakout Stylists are licensed cosmetologists who are enrolled in or have completed the salon's advanced training program, and the services are offered at a lower price point. These appointments are in high demand, so clients are asked to call ahead. Bridal styling can be done in the salon or on location for individual clients or full bridal parties, with travel time charged per hour with a one-hour minimum and a 20% gratuity added to bridal parties.

Stylists receive in-house training, access to industry educators and mentorship from salon leaders. The salon is open Monday from noon to 8:00PM, Tuesday through Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, and Saturday from 8:00AM to 2:30PM, and is closed on Sundays.
