Most services carry a $50 deposit when booked. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 80% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Bundle customization asks clients to drop off their extensions two days ahead, with a 48-hour turnaround.
