Stellar Salon Suites

Stellar Salon Suites is a suite building in Hampton, Georgia, that leases space to independent beauty professionals rather than employing them. Hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, lash technicians, massage therapists and other practitioners can rent a suite and run their own business from it.

Each tenant sets their own hours, pricing and clients, and the building takes no commission from what they earn. Suites can be rented by the day, on weekends or by the month, and leases run for either six or twelve months. The security deposit depends on the suite or booth rented, and rent is due every Friday.

The space includes single and double suites, including oversized options with lockable private rooms and professional lighting, as well as shared suites, chair rentals and MUA booths. Suites are available semi-furnished or unfurnished. Tenants may decorate, though painting walls is not permitted, while removable wallpaper is allowed.

Shared amenities include 24/7 access, free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, a spa-level shampoo lounge, a luxury client reception area, a tenant break room, free parking in front of and beside the building, and wheelchair accessibility. Security features include cameras, an electronic suite lock, fingerprint suite access, key code salon access and on-site manager support. Tenants also receive a featured listing in the salon's stylist directory.

Suite owners must hold a business license and carry general and professional liability insurance, and all licenses must be displayed in the suite. Pets, weapons, drugs and loud music are not allowed. Booking questions go directly to the individual professional, while leasing questions go through the contact form. The business states that every professional in its directory is independently licensed.

The building provides the space and shared services while each independent professional runs their own practice.

The business describes its suites as private and upscale.
