The menu covers basic and deluxe manicures and pedicures, gel options for both, and a set of nail enhancements including Solar gel, Solar powder, Solar ombre, pink and white, and Gel X, plus builder gel and dipping powder. Pedicures range from a basic service to the Volcano and Collagen Luxury versions, which add exfoliation, masks, hot stones and scented massage. Kids can book their own manicures and pedicures, with or without gel.
Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome. Complimentary drinks are offered during the visit, including red and white wine, mineral water, juice and soda, with alcoholic drinks reserved for guests 21 and older. Technicians are described as not pushing extra services and as helping clients pick the technique that suits them. The salon says its nail technicians are licensed and that it often adds new nail colors.
Gift certificates are available. If a nail is scratched or misshapen, the salon will fix it at no charge when told within 24 hours of the service, with a fix appointment within seven days. Services can be redone at no cost if a client is unhappy with the quality and says so during the appointment. Services are non-refundable, and clients are charged for repairs needed because of damage they caused. The salon may decline service when there are open or infected wounds on the area being treated.
Hours are Monday through Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm.
Technicians help clients choose a service that suits them rather than upselling, and the salon aims to relax clients while embellishing nails and pampering hands and feet.
