Smoothing options include the Brazilian blowout, which reduces frizz and adds shine and starts at $180, with upkeep every three to four months. A shorter 1.5 hour Brazilian express treatment is offered every four weeks, and keratin treatments are also available. Bridal appointments are offered in the salon, and waxing covers brows, the face and limited body areas.

Booking is by call or text to 971-271-3198 with a first name, the service wanted and a phone number. Clients can name a preferred stylist, some stylists offer online booking, and responses can take 24 to 72 hours. The salon asks for 24 hours notice for cancellations and currently requires no deposits and charges no cancellation or no-show fees. After three repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows, bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit or a place on the wait list. Policies are set by each stylist and may change.

Surfaces are wiped with isopropyl alcohol, and tools are disinfected with Barbicide and high-level Barbicide. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, and after-hours appointments can be arranged for special accommodations.
