Every visit starts with a conversation about the client's concerns, goals, preferences and comfort level. Treatment suggestions are built around each client's goals, skin, features and comfort rather than a fixed menu, and the aim is natural-looking results with a restrained approach. Final pricing is confirmed during that personalized consultation, and the posted prices serve as a guide. Consultation fees count toward treatment if the client goes ahead, and are non-refundable if they do not.

The laser offering centers on the Aerolase Neo Elite system, which uses 650-microsecond technology and 1064nm MicroPulse-1064 energy. Treatments are done without anesthetic, cooling gel or skin contact. Sessions usually run 10 to 30 minutes, most conditions take about three to six sessions, and most treatments involve little to no downtime. The practice notes the device is not suitable for pregnant individuals, for skin that is sunburned or irritated in the treatment area, or for people on Accutane (wait six months) or topical Retin-A (wait two weeks).
