The facial menu covers several approaches. Microdermabrasion and dermaplaning are offered as exfoliating options, and the spa has seasonal peels with glycolic or mandelic acid formulas. Redness Relief is a heat-free treatment for sensitive or post-procedure skin, and Teen Decongest is a facial for guests aged 19 and under that includes education on an at-home routine. Several facials can include light extractions as an add-on.

Monthly memberships come in two tiers. The Gray membership is $80 a month and the Silver membership is $95 a month, and each includes one treatment credit per month. Memberships run on three, six or twelve month terms, can be signed up for and cancelled online at any time, and give members 20% off add-ons and additional services. Membership treatments can be transferred to family or friends, credits do not expire while a membership is active, and members receive a $15 spa credit for referring new guests. Gift certificates are available in $50 and $100 amounts and for specific treatments.

Appointments are booked online only. Guests are asked to arrive about 5 minutes early and no more than about 10 minutes before their time. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done online at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a charge of 80% or the loss of credits, and arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a last-minute cancellation. Appointments booked within 24 hours are final, all payments are final, and extra guests are not permitted during treatments. Third-party vouchers are accepted for new customers only.

Each skincare treatment is customized to the guest's skin needs, using products selected for that guest, and can be combined with Swedish massage.
