The Statera brand dates to 2017, and the salon opened in April 2021. Its name comes from the Latin word for balance, which reflects the spa's focus on bringing clients' minds and bodies back into balance.

The facial menu is organized into several groups. Advanced Skincare covers HydraFacials, Glo2 Facials, laser facials, BioRepeel and Oxygen RX. Skincare adds customized facials, teen facials and resurfacing chemical peels. Facial Enhancements include dermaplaning, lymphatic therapy, HydraFacial eye and lip perks, LED light therapy, masks and MicroCurrent. HydraFacial Keravive is offered for scalp restoration, cleansing, exfoliating, nourishing and hydrating the scalp.

Body treatments extend the HydraFacial and Glo2 work to hands, arms, back, legs, the booty and the bikini line. Laser Genesis Body Treatment is used for skin tightening on the decollete, shoulders, hands and abdomen, and a Muscle Recovery and Performance Treatment is recommended for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Body Sculpting and Slimming offers Cryo Body Sculpting and Ultrasound Cavitation fat reduction, which the spa describes as non-invasive.

Laser hair removal uses the Candela Gentle Pro Series, which the spa calls its industry leading system, and it can treat areas from extra-small to extra-large. Massage includes customized therapeutic treatments. Infrared sauna sessions last 45 minutes, use dry gentle heat and can be adjusted to the client.

Group spa parties for four or more can include light refreshments and champagne or wine, and they can be built around treatments or packages for birthdays, corporate events, bachelorette parties and similar occasions. Appointments can be booked, changed or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows carry a 20% fee, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Checkout is cashless and includes Cherry payment plans, and unused products can be returned in original packaging within 14 days with a receipt.
