Listed prices run from $10.00 for a heatless roller kit up to $1,070.00 for the Kelly wig. Buy now, pay later is available through Sezzle in four payments at 0% interest. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, within three to five business days, and ship by UPS. Estimated delivery is two to three business days to the East Coast and four to seven business days to the West Coast, and estimates may vary.

Returns are accepted for unworn hair extensions within seven days of delivery, provided black ties or elastics are still attached and the hair is uncut and unaltered. Refunds cover the item cost at purchase plus sales tax paid, but not shipping costs or shipping taxes. Custom color hair and wigs are non-refundable and final sale. Salon office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am to 4pm.
