The menu runs from quick repairs, nail shape changes and polish changes to full sets, freestyle designs and spa manicure and pedicure combinations. Several services are priced as bundles, such as a pedicure paired with a full set or a fill-in. The lounge says it uses top tier nail products and custom-tailored services.

Booking is required in advance, and add-ons cannot be added once an appointment starts. First-time clients should arrive with bare nails or toes, or a $6 removal charge applies. Gel polish removal is free for returning clients, and product removal carries an upcharge. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced.

Payment is by cash or card. Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Chime are not accepted, and a $2 processing fee is added to the total. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service fee, and same-day cancellations need at least two hours' notice where possible.

For people who want to learn nail work, the lounge offers a six-hour one-on-one course for $400 covering application, acrylic, filing and designs, ending with a full set on a live model. It requires a $100 nonrefundable deposit with kit or $50 without kit, and clients should call or text to confirm availability first. The lounge says it serves Indianapolis and nearby cities, including Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, Plainfield, Lawrence, Speedway and Beech Grove, as well as several cities farther afield.
