The menu centers on Gel-X extensions, which are an Apres soft-gel system that is odorless and uses pre-shaped full-coverage tips, and on builder gel, which can be done as a soak-off soft gel or a file-off hard gel depending on the client's nails and goals. Dazzle Dry is the salon's other specialty: a four-step system that dries in about five minutes without a UV lamp. Manicures, pedicures, nail art, add-ons and removals round out the list.

Gel-X refills are suggested about every three weeks. A refill booked at four weeks is charged the same as a full set. Removal of the salon's own work is priced separately, and removal of sets done elsewhere is also available, though acrylic removal is not offered. Acrylic and dip services are not part of the menu.

The salon puts quality of work ahead of speed, and service times listed on the website are said to be accurate. Nail art in particular takes time, so clients are asked to plan extra time for it. Children and guests are not permitted, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a service is shortened or rebooked.
