The Starling Signature Facial is tailored to each client's skin and can include microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, an enzyme treatment, a jelly mask, and a massage of the scalp, shoulders and arms. Other facials address specific needs: the Youth Facial is designed for teens and focuses on breakouts with gentle extractions, and the Men's Facial is built around men's skin and can be booked without shaving beforehand. The Sculptural Face Lift Facial works on the external facial muscles and inside the mouth, and the business describes it as a natural option that does not involve Botox. The Dermaplane Facial is a non-invasive exfoliation that removes dead skin and fine vellus hair.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations lose the deposit or incur a $25 fee.
