The brow and lash menu includes brow tinting, brow lamination with or without tint and waxing, lash lifts with tint, and a combined lash lift and brow lamination. Facial waxing is offered individually for areas such as the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, hairline, neck, nose, and ears, or as combined sets like brow and lip or a full face. Body waxing runs from small areas such as the underarms and inner thigh to full arms, full legs, the full back, and a Brazilian with the butt strip included.

Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Late arrivals and cancellations carry fees. A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, to no-shows, and to arrivals more than 10 minutes late. Clients who need to change plans can get in touch, and appointments may be modified or rescheduled. Clients running late can text the studio at (210) 835-6683.

Lash lift clients who wear contacts should remove them or bring glasses, and should arrive with no makeup on or around the eyes. Lash lifts last six to eight weeks, and the service is not recommended for clients with eye issues.
