Color is the main focus. First-time color clients complete a consultation, either in person or through the New Client Request Form. Color corrections begin with a $25 consult that includes a strand test, and it is required before correction appointments are booked. Custom color sessions are priced at $100 per hour, from 2 to 5 hours, and include K18, a haircut and styling. The 2-hour session covers root touch-ups, single process color, vivid refreshes, toning or glossing, and crown highlights. Longer sessions move into balayage, lived-in color, multi-color vivids and major color changes or corrections. Shorter options include a root touch-up with grey coverage and blending, and an all-over toning gloss, each with a haircut and styling.

Outside of color, the studio offers haircuts from a $20 bang trim up to a transformational cut and style, along with shag reshaping and children's cuts. Smoothing options are Amika Smooth Over Treatment, which lasts about 6 to 7 weeks, and Express Keratin Treatment using La Brasiliana Spruzzi, lasting up to 2 months. A blowout package gives five blowouts for the price of four, and styling is available for everyday looks as well as special occasions such as weddings and quinceañeras, where a consultation sets exact pricing and timing.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead; otherwise a fee of 25% of the service price applies. A no-show is charged 50% of the service price, payable before rebooking, and repeated no-shows can lead to a booking ban. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments within reason can be requested within 7 days. Accepted payments are cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and exact cash, with a pay-over-time option on orders of $50 or more. The studio is gratuity free, and hourly-priced services are subject to yearly price increases. Children are welcome with an appointment, and one guest is allowed per appointment.
