The studio runs one-on-one, so each client has the stylist's full attention for the visit. Every visit can begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals, look at current hair and sketch out a plan. Pricing for vivid colors, balayage and color transformations is given at that consultation or on direct inquiry, since the cost and time depend on the amount and length of hair, color history and current color.

The menu centers on color: retouches for new and gray regrowth, all-over color, toners, vivid colors, and bleach and tone work. Balayage, foil-based lightening and highlights are offered alongside precision haircuts, which are only booked for lob or bob length and longer. Listed starting prices include Color Retouch at $55, Partial Highlight at $150, Reverse Balayage at $170 and All-Over Blonding at $350.

Appointments are booked through the Book Now links on the website. The salon accepts credit cards and cash. A Glow Pass Rewards program gives clients one point for every dollar spent that can be redeemed for perks, and annual Glow Pass memberships are also offered. Regular clients are eligible for a free haircut during their birth month. The salon is closed Monday through Wednesday, according to its booking site.
