The pedicure menu is built in tiers. A classic pedicure includes a sea salt soak, cuticle grooming, a sugar scrub massage, callus removal, a lotion massage and a warm towel wrap. The deluxe version adds a mud masque and a butter massage, and the ultimate version adds a callus remover gel and moisturizer. The fire and stone pedicure uses warm stones, warm oil and lotion, and aromatic essential oils after a sea salt soak. Acrylic full sets, refills and removal are offered alongside dip powder, Gel X and builder gel. Add-ons include French tips, chrome, designs, cut-downs and nail repairs, and regular or gel color can be done without a full service. Kids have a separate menu, and kids' services include a complimentary drink and a manicure-pedicure kit. Waxing covers the upper lip, eyebrows, lower lip and chin, eye, lip and chin together, and the full face.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients can book online, and cash and card are both accepted. The booking page lists a full set at about 55 minutes and a classic pedicure at 45 minutes. The salon says it cleans, disinfects and sanitizes all instruments and equipment for every service.

Services are non-refundable, and the salon states that no refunds are given for services or products. Concerns raised within 48 hours of an appointment may receive a complimentary express touch-up if the fault lies in the application or product. Concerns raised after 48 hours, or after aftercare instructions were not followed, are charged at full price. Gel polish is guaranteed for up to two weeks depending on the situation, and a five-day guarantee on treatments and products does not apply in certain cases, such as work done by another salon or not following product instructions. Complaints should be reported within three working days, in writing or by phone. The salon says it responds within three working days and redoes the agreed treatment if a complaint is justified. Clients should tell their technician about health conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy, infection or allergies before any service, and the salon may decline a service where a condition poses a risk.
