Braiding is the largest part of the menu, covering knotless, box, boho, Senegalese twist, cornrows, Dutch braids, crochet braids and Miracle Knots, with prices from $80 up to $600 for the largest Miracle Knots package. Extensions include sew-in weft rows, braided row extensions and Microlink I-tip systems. Microlink extensions are attached individually with micro links and suit clients with medium to thick hair. The 100 and 200 gram packages include 14 to 16 inch hair, shampoo and conditioning, a silk press and styling, and the site says they last 10 to 14 weeks with proper care. Microlink maintenance, which includes a hydrating protein treatment, is for returning clients and needs tightening every 4 to 6 weeks.

Weaves include quick weaves, traditional sew-ins and closure weave sew-ins, along with half up half down ponytail weaves. Wig services cover closure and lace-front installs, wig wash and style, and a custom wig service that takes about an hour. The wig range runs from $400 to $1,300 and includes lace front, HD lace, silk base and Jewish wig styles.

Booking is done online. An appointment is not valid until the deposit is paid, and deposits are non-refundable. A deposit can only be moved to a new appointment, and rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late are charged $10, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late are asked to rebook. A no-call no-show forfeits the deposit and blocks future online booking. Quoted prices are starting prices and may change. For extension services, hair is sold separately, outside hair is not allowed, and the salon does not guarantee the hair or the install. The salon is open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday 9am to 3pm.

The salon also rents private suites to independent beauty professionals. Each suite has a shampoo chair or vanity and is described by the salon as elevated and move-in-ready. Suite rental includes utilities and Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, on-site laundry, a common area and suite customization. Renters set their own service and product prices, with no commission split.
