Its philosophy is holistic: it leans on therapeutic treatments and natural options where it can. Products are described as natural and organic and free of parabens, petroleum, sulfates, phthalates, artificial dyes and fragrances, and none of them are animal tested. Nail services favor products that follow a 12 and 13 free formula, and the nail team uses LED lamps rather than UV, without acrylics or electric files.

Dermaplaning comes in an Express and a full treatment, and LED light therapy is available alone or as an add-on. Massage can be upgraded to Level 2, 3 or 4 with cupping or hot stone, and the infrared sauna offers general and targeted sessions in several series.

Acupuncture is offered as a drug-free option for pain, stress and chronic health conditions, with electro-acupuncture and auriculo-seeding also available. Reiki sessions include healing, oracle card readings and energy clearing. The Revive and Renew membership carries a $100 monthly fee with a credit toward a Level 1 Pua Flower facial or massage, plus member discounts.
