The school's stated aim is to give post-secondary students a path into licensed careers in cosmetology, esthetics, hairstyling, nails or barbering, and to prepare every graduate to sit the state board examination.

Training happens in a simulated salon environment that includes situations professionals face. The cosmetology program combines classroom lectures with demonstrations, hands-on practice, guest speakers and field trips, and students practice on real clients under licensed instructors. Esthetics students also work on real clients under a licensed professional, using Truth Treatment Serums and professional products from several industry brands.

Clients can book salon services online at either campus. The Parker campus student salon offers beauty services performed by students, and the Littleton student salon focuses on higher-end services using several product lines. The school describes its Parker salon as highly rated and its services as affordably priced; these are the school's own claims.

The school offers gift certificates, a five-facial value package for $150, and tours of either campus, which can be booked by phone or through a form on the website. Admissions staff advise on financial aid, which can include federal aid, grants, scholarships, student loans and payment plans.

Training is built around preparing students with practical skills and confidence for state board testing and licensure, in a simulated salon setting with supervised work on real clients.

The Parker campus is an open 9,000 square foot space with polished wood floors and professional styling stations, while the 12,500 square foot Littleton campus has black-and-white styling stations in a well-lit open main room.
