Appointment lengths run from 15 minutes for lip waxing to 45 minutes for full arms, full legs, and full face.

The facial menu is built in layers. Focused Derma Glow is a 40-minute facial that combines facial highlights with dermaplaning. St. Thi Signature Glow is a 60-minute customized facial aimed at specific skin concerns, and St. Thi Glow+ is a 90-minute customized facial that brings together several modalities and treatments. Microneedling is a 75-minute service that the business describes as a collagen induction therapy. It recommends a series of three treatments spaced two to three months apart.

Add-ons can be combined with facials.
