New clients start with a longer appointment that includes a hair and scalp assessment, a scalp scrub, deep conditioning with steam, and a style. Returning clients who have been seen recently book shorter services. Color services begin with a consultation for first-time clients and for those returning after ten or more weeks, and its fee is credited to the service.
The studio has a portfolio showing silk presses, curls, balayage, highlights, double-process color, grey coverage and quickweave bobs. Bookings require a non-refundable booking fee applied to the service, and appointments are confirmed only once that fee is received. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 when approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
