A visit starts with a free, no-obligation consultation that can be booked online or by phone. Every treatment requires a consultation and provider approval, and not everyone is a candidate. Many clients begin with the online Best Self Test, a questionnaire covering body, energy, skin and wellness, which leads to a personalized Best Self Blueprint: a treatment plan with a timeline built from the client's Best Self Score.

The anti-aging menu includes Xeomin for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency, Lumecca IPL, Forma radiofrequency skin tightening and LumaArc LED light therapy. Body services include InvisaRed infrared treatments, ExoFreeze cryo sculpting and EMS Zero.

IV therapy is given by licensed RNs after a brief health review and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. Vitamin shots can be received in the spa or ordered as take-home kits. The Wellness Wallet membership costs $65 a month, gives 10% off every service, and its funds roll over and do not expire. The spa notes that insurance does not cover IV therapy.
