Skin treatments include the 60-minute Spruce Signature Facial, which is customized step by step to the client's skin and includes massage techniques, along with a Pregnancy Safe Facial, a shorter Dermaplane Express Facial, chemical peels, microneedling (including a version with BENEV exosomes), dermaplaning and Celluma Pro red light therapy. Laser services cover six-session small-area hair removal, a light and a medium laser peel, and Advanced Laser Resurfacing. Wellness options include B12 injections, sermorelin, NAD+ injections, a medically supervised weight loss program with weekly GLP-1 injections, and IV drips ranging from hydration to a recovery blend.

Each treatment includes a same-day consultation, and clients may book a consultation in advance, free of charge for fillers. The business asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations, with a $50 charge to the card on file for late cancellations and a $50 late reschedule fee applied to the next appointment. Refunds are not offered for services rendered. Follow-up visits are offered, but any additional treatment needed to reach a desired result is paid separately. Botox carries a 3% discount for cash and a 3% surcharge for credit cards, and the business offers a $25 credit for each referral.
