The studio sits in the Milton Square building off the corner of Como and Carter avenues. The entrance is the first doorway on Carter Avenue after leaving the Milton Square parking lot. There is a ramp and no stairs to reach the building or the studio. The front door stays locked, so visitors ring the electronic doorbell and a staff member lets them in.

Guests who arrive early can wait in the waiting area, at the front bistro table in good weather, or in their car, and text their provider when they get there. Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes early and to text if they expect to be more than 5 minutes late. Appointments may be rescheduled if a client is more than 10 minutes late. Cancellations and reschedules need to be made within 48 hours, or the full service amount is charged. A silent service can be added at booking; after the consultation, the provider stays quiet for the whole appointment.

The menu is grouped into body waxing, Brazilian services, brow services, and other face services. The studio says it has extensive experience waxing all body types, hair types, ages, races and genders. Facial and Brazilian services are done with hard wax. Before body waxing, the studio suggests leaving the hair unshaven and untrimmed for at least two weeks. For 24 to 48 hours afterward, it advises avoiding sun, soaking, harsh exfoliation, strenuous exercise, and products with synthetic fragrance. Waxing every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended for steady results.

Spa beds are ADA-compliant electric lift tables rated for 650 pounds. Fidgets and sensory toys are available on request during a service. There is one wheelchair-accessible parking space directly to the left as you enter the lot, along with one studio space outside the door, eight Milton Square spaces, and street parking on Carter Avenue. The single bathroom is gender neutral and shared with the neighboring tenant, and the studio does not have a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio uses hard wax for its facial and Brazilian services and says it works with clients of every gender, age and hair type.
