Springs Hair Restoration is an independently owned practice with two offices. The Sandy Springs office is at 6400 Blue Stone Rd, Suite 160 (enter through Suite 150), and serves Metro Atlanta communities including Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell and Dunwoody. The Johns Creek office is at 6300 Hospital Pkwy, Suite 100, inside Johns Creek Dermatology, and also draws patients from Duluth, Suwanee and other nearby areas. Johns Creek is open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Sandy Springs has public parking, with valet on weekends, and parking tickets are validated at the office. Johns Creek has dedicated parking in the west lot of the Aston Building, with an elevator to street level.

The first step is a free, no-obligation hair transplant consultation, which the practice says is worth $200. The visit covers medical and hair-loss history, goals, a hairline design preview, a graft estimate, a cost outline, a recovery timeline and a personal hair loss analysis. Each patient receives a personalized cost estimate given without pressure to commit. Consultation requests are answered by phone within one business day to schedule, and appointments can be booked online through Healow, the practice's scheduling system. Telemedicine visits are also offered through the Healow app for patients with a smartphone or computer with a camera.

Transplant options are FUE, where follicles are extracted one at a time and leave small scattered marks rather than a linear scar; FUT, which removes a narrow donor strip and leaves a linear scar; and No-Shave FUE, which can allow patients to keep more of their existing hair length. FUE and No-Shave FUE start at $4,500, depending on graft count, technique and case complexity. The practice lists approximate ranges for Atlanta: about 800 to 1,500 grafts at $4,500 to $7,500 for mild to moderate loss, about 1,500 to 2,500 grafts at $7,500 to $12,000 for moderate to advanced loss, and about 2,500 to 3,500 or more grafts at $12,000 to $15,000 or more for extensive loss. The transplant price includes post-operative follow-up, and the practice says cost is the same at both offices. It describes its pricing as transparent.

Post-op follow-up is with Dr. Zack Charkawi directly rather than a coordinator, typically two check-ins per week during the first month and then about every three months up to one year.

Non-surgical options include injection-based follicle support for early-stage thinning, Regenera Activa (a treatment using the patient's own tissue), Keravive by HydraFacial, and a Keravive scalp treatment. The practice also offers physician-guided oral support plans and in-office or medical topical scalp treatments. The practice says transplants are typically elective and rarely covered by insurance, though coverage may be possible after injury or illness. It lists several insurers and advises patients to confirm their benefits before an appointment. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted.
