Treatments are not sold through an online cart and are not charged automatically. Certain direct-booking services can be scheduled without going through an assessment first. For select in-house treatments, the office reaches out to the patient directly to confirm the plan and the next steps. Patient records, provider and plan sit together in one linked system that offers telehealth visits, secure messaging and a patient portal.
