Spotlight Salon + Spa Suites is set up as a building of private suites rather than a traditional salon with shared stations. Beauty professionals rent a suite as their own space, and the business describes the arrangement as a full salon experience in a private studio.

Suites are offered unfurnished or furnished, and renters may personalize and decorate their space. Each suite comes with salon chairs, sinks, mirrors and styling stations. Renters manage their own schedules, appointments and business operations, and may sell retail products from their suite.

For traveling professionals, daily travel suites are bookable for 10 hours at a time, with no contract. Two suite sizes are offered, a 6x10 unit (Suite #11) and a 10x7 unit (Suite #16), with separate day rates for Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday. Travel suites include Wi-Fi, a shampoo bowl and mounted dryers.

Building amenities include keyless secured access around the clock, an on-site concierge, towel service, a washer and dryer, security cameras, and utilities such as water and electricity included in the rental fee. Free Wi-Fi is provided to suite renters and their clients. Tours are arranged through an inquiry form, and a pre-application is requested before a tour.
