Brazilian Blowout smoothing is a major part of the menu, offered in the Original, the quicker Express and a shorter Mask that is added to a haircut or color service. Add-ons include Leaf and Flower treatments for curl, volume and a three-in-one molecular mender. The ReWIND treatment, which the salon calls anti-aging, and Split End Correction can be added to most appointments without changing the booking time. The salon says a Brazilian Blowout can last up to twelve weeks, and clients can wash and style their hair straight away.

Hair extensions are a central focus, with tape-in, fusion, halo, clip-in, weft and topper options, along with V-Lite invisible extensions that are applied strand by strand and need maintenance every six to eight weeks. Hair extension consultations cover goals, color and texture matching, length, installation method and ordering. Tape-in, fusion and weft extensions are priced per pack or unit, so costs depend on method and length.

Color and cut services include balayage, ombre, highlights, glosses, color removal and color correction. Color correction is quoted after a client sends a photo of their current hair and the result they want. Children's haircuts take place in a sensory-safe area with toys and a TV, and sensory-safe haircuts can also be quoted by text. Clients who book a treatment or color service can use Rosy, a red light infrared hair dryer, at no charge.

Booking policies include a card on file to reserve an appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged half the service fee for a first occurrence and the full fee for a second, and unpaid no-show invoices can lead to loss of client status. Completed services are non-refundable, though the salon will try to adjust a service a client is unhappy with. Hair products can be returned or exchanged if used no more than twice in original packaging, with refunds issued as a salon gift voucher. Gift certificates come in set amounts or a custom amount, and Afterpay is accepted with four interest-free payments.
