Booking is by appointment only at both locations. Monday hours run 8am to 3pm and Tuesday 11am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday are by appointment only, and Sunday runs 8am to 6pm. Stylists set their own rates, and prices are discussed when you book. Haircuts and styling are priced as a block of time that covers the cut, shampoo, blow dry and style, with the same rate for all genders. Dry haircuts are charged by time.
Color and some other services begin with a consultation, where the exact price is set and may vary by stylist. Complimentary consultations are offered for this. In Alamosa, listed prices are starting points, and factors such as hair length, density, products and the time needed can raise the final cost.
The salon also runs Superhair League, a monthly membership where members choose services from a list of super services. Bridal clients can book hair for the wedding day, a trial run, and wedding party hair, and bridal work can be done on location with travel fees based on distance.
Color, extensions and some bridal work are planned around a consultation, and stylists set their own rates.
