Booking requires a deposit, which is applied toward the service total. Appointments carry a 10-minute grace period, and if a client is running more than 10 minutes late the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled. To get a deposit back, the cancellation must be made at least two hours before the appointment; later cancellations forfeit it.
The menu is grouped into acrylic, Gel-X, dip powder, manicures, pedicures, nail art, removals and repairs. Pedicures range from a Basic Pedi at $63, a 40-minute service with cuticle care, callus removal, sugar scrub, lotion massage and hot towels, up to the Imperial Pedicure at $143, a two-hour treatment with a warm neck wrap, sugar scrub, mask, hot stone massage, lotion massage, paraffin wax and hot towels. The Imperial does not include nail art or gel polish, which must be added on.
Gel-X fullsets use a hard builder gel with clear tips and no acrylic, and they last about three to four weeks; gel polish and an aftercare kit are included. Basic acrylic fullsets, in short or medium length, start at $95 and include gel polish, cuticle oil and scrub, and an aftercare kit. Long lengths cost $10 more. When gel or acrylic is already on the nails, some services require a soak-off to be booked separately.
The studio also teaches. Its one-on-one beginner Gel-X and acrylic class runs from 12 to 5 pm for $600 and covers builder gel, Gel-X and acrylic application, prep, e-file and drill bit use, and nail art technique. The class includes a course manual, lunch, a mini LED light, a Gel-X starter kit and a completion certificate. Gift cards come in eGift amounts of $5, $10, $20, $50 or a custom value, and group gift cards let several contributors pool money.
