Splash Suites

Splash Suites was started by a group of friends who wanted one location for their spa-related appointments. It was set up to serve beauty professionals who want to give clients a day spa experience while running their own business.

The building sits in central Winter Park, among upscale dining and retail shops, and has ample parking. The business describes its suites as luxury suites.

There are 12 private suites. The six hair suites are 12 by 12 feet and include a storage vanity, a lighted mirror, a styling chair, and a European shampoo station. The six massage and facial suites are also 12 by 12 feet, with a storage vanity and floor outlets for hydraulic treatment tables; some facial suites include a sink.

Each suite is fully enclosed and double insulated for sound, with electronic locks and wifi throughout. Onsite video security and electronic locks allow 24-hour access. Tenants share a laundry facility, a breakroom with drinks and snacks, and bathrooms stocked with personal products, along with a lobby where clients and tenants can lounge or host events.

Tenants choose their own services and products and set their own hours. The suites have a neutral palette, and tenants may paint or add wallpaper to one wall of their choice, along with shelves, wall art, furniture, and area rugs. Light fixtures and other permanent changes are decided case by case. Tenants who want to can coordinate with one another to offer spa days where clients receive several services in one place. Prospective tenants can schedule a tour or use the contact form to ask about a hair, massage, or facial suite.

Tenants work independently in their own suites, set their own schedules, and can join with other tenants to plan multi-service spa days.
